Questions Before You Get in Touch
Straight answers about reaching us, how fast we reply and what a quotation involves.
How quickly will I hear back after an enquiry?
Most quotations are sent within 24 hours of your enquiry. Our 24/7 AI assistant takes your job details, photos, postcode and preferred dates straight away, then a person picks it up and prepares your quotation.
Can I speak to a person rather than the AI assistant?
Yes. The assistant only gathers the details so nobody has to ask you twice. Every quotation is prepared manually and sent by a real person, and you can ask for a call back at any point.
What if I message at night or on a Sunday?
The assistant is available 24/7, so you can send your job whenever it suits you. Your enquiry is waiting for the team at the start of the next working day.
Do I need photos before I contact you?
No, but they help. Photos let us understand the job and quote more accurately. If you have none, describe the problem and we will ask for anything we still need.
Which postcodes do you cover and what if I’m just outside?
We cover London and the Home Counties. If your postcode sits just outside that area, send it anyway and we will tell you honestly whether we can reach you.
Does a quotation cost anything or commit me?
No. Quotations are free and carry no obligation. There are no automatic prices and no instant bookings, just a clear figure from a person.
Can I change or cancel after a quotation is sent?
Yes. Nothing is booked until you say so. Tell us what you would like to change and we will revise the quotation, or simply let it go with no charge.
